what college courses would i have to take if i wanted to start my own business?
I am a high school student looking for more info about what college courses are recommended for starting my own business. I wanted to start my own business but I wanted to get actual business experience and a college degree but I'm not exactly sure what classes I should take after high school and if i should go to community college or a four year university. I am registered with fastwebs and zinich and all that but i wanted more info. PLEASE HELP

A bachelor degree is very important. You can take some business courses/accounting, marketing and management, some entreprenuership courses. It is also very important that you gain some professional experience in the area that you want your business either by internship or a job. Good luck!

For teaching English, and for this I am assuming that you mean that you want to teach English as a Second Language. All you need is a Bachelor's Degree in pretty much anything, and to be fluent in English. There are a whole bunch of firms that will help you do do this pretty much anywhere in the world that you want. If you just google ESL teaching firms, you will find a whole bunch of different groups. If you want to teach Buisiness, then you will probably have to have at least a Master's degree in buisiness or something related to buisiness, and then you just have to look for openings that you are qualified for in various institutions all over the world. The same thing would apply if you wanted to teach English literature.

Now you can learn English for free from the comfort of your home using the internet. The BBC and the British Council offer a number of online courses which teach written and spoken English. What courses in an A.A. Degree in Business can I take that would be good to take together in the same semester? I am going to pursue an A.A. Degree in Business, and I am wondering what courses are good to take together in a semester, i.e. Elementary Algebra and what?

At age 26, Im going back to school to get my AA in Business Mgmt. Im taking english comp, speech, principal mgmt. and human relations all my first semester..i would suggest you take more than 2 classes a semester..good luck!

for online. I think Phoenix is the best...go check them out. But it is costly though. Keep that in mind, all online University is expensive and student loan is that last thing you wanna get, unless there is really no other options. GL :)

You will want to see how flexible they are, how good they are in terms of technology and socializing with your virtual peers, and the cost can vary widely from program to program. What courses do I need to become a business women?
I am just thinking of becoming a business women and I was wondering what courses I needin high school to become a business women in Canada? Do i need academic or applied courses??And after high school do I go to university or college?? Thankyou

You don't necessarily need to do any courses to become a business woman. If you run a business, you're a business woman.

In highschool, you should try to take some accounting courses and some marketing courses, as well as as many math courses as you can squeeze in. After that, you can get in to most colleges or universities, however, I recommend looking up a specific program you want and making sure you achieve the entrance requirements. Where in Canada are you? If you're in BC, I highly recommend going to BCIT for business, its an excellent school with very applicable courses and a lot of hands-on experience.
