If you're interested in learning rather than getting a credential, University of Phoenix and Keller School of Management are both OK with the former being exclusively online and the latter being a mix.

Does all Community College courses count toward law or business school

Does all Community College courses count toward law or business school?
I am attending UC Berkeley and got in as a Freshman. But I took some courses at Community College at the same time. I took over 20 units in cosmetology courses for fun and got most of them Cs. How does that work? Thanks! I mean when I applying to these school. Thanks! And I am not a transfer student, just taking classes at CC for fun.

Very doubtful. Unless Berkley has a cosmetology school (?!) with equivalent clases, you're probably out of luck.

Most do count, but check with your community college to be sure. Also, when you transfer the credits, they may only choose to transfer the courses that apply to the major you are aiming for. In any case, you can contest any courses that didn't transfer over at your new college and can have them re-evaluated.

You are supposed to report all coursework when you apply to graduate school and the grades may or may not count against you (cosmetology is not exactly academic in nature). If you choose to hide the coursework, do a really good job of hiding them (leave no paper trail and certainly don't tell anyone about them). Graduate schools are not likely to invest time and money to do thorough background checks on applicants. But if someone reports you, you may get kicked out for lying on your graduate school application.

All UK universities are highly regarded around the world. So if you graduate with a masters, you'll find it will help open doors in your field in most countries. One problem you may find with international business studies is that the course material won't go into too much detail regarding laws in countries outside the UK, understandably really! The course is geared toward UK residents looking to do business with foreign countries. So that should answer your question regarding job prospects in the UK. Hope this helps.

Business Management is more of an Art and Business Administration is more of a science. Business Admin teaches the student about proper administrative techniques and legalities such as labor law, human resources, and anything technical you need to know to operate a business. Business Management is the study of employee relations and how to deal with employees, their problems, and how to train them. Becoming the CEO of a company takes more than just a degree. Dave Thomas (the late founder of Wendy's restaurants) did not even graduate from high school and he was founder and CEO of a multiglobal corporation. Education is the best thing anyone can have, but please understand that CEOs are pampered since they first set foot in the door. Depending on which company you want to become a CEO, you have to learn the politics. Some CEOs of multinational corporations are elected by shareholders and not appointed to the position by the founders. Learning business is a great study, and I wish you luck in your future endeavors.

Business Administration is a catch-all for business related classes and includes coursework in business administration, management, accounting, marketing, information systems, math, and statistics. Business management seems like it should be more specific to the management field and might not be to emphatic on accounting, marketing, and other business type classes. Accounting is going to be pretty specifically accounting related, but in addition to courses in auditing, managerial accounting, financial accounting, fund/governmental accounting, and tax accounting, there will also be requirements for math, business administration, computers, stats, economics, etc. Regardless, you will also need to take the college's core curriculum courses in English, History, Science, etc. My advice would be for you to start out taking mainly the known core classes and add some other classes each term; e.g., take English, Science, and Accounting 101 the first term, History, Econ, and Bus Mgmt, the second term. You'll soon learn what interests you as well as what you're good at. As a side note, you'll notice that some folks don't do very well in the Accounting classes and those people tend to major in business, instead. There's nothing wrong with that, but not everyone can twist their head around double entry accounting concepts. I didn't see that you wanted to be the head honcho. Most ceo's rise from either the marketing function or the finance function. The process is mainly dependent on what the company does and what is thought to be of the most importance to the organization.
