i am currently in grade 8, and i would like some advice on what courses i should take in high school to become ready to take on business as a career.

personally, I took accounting classes and Intro to business.

Speech, writing classes, foreign language wouldn't hurt, math and as many business courses as your school offers. Another great way is through experience, get a job as soon as you can or are allowed. Get as much experience in as many different things as possible.

You need Business Law, Business Management, Accounting, Marketing as well as Business Communication. It would help if you go for a BS in Business Administration or MBA. Experience is very important, so make sure you find the right job to start with and work your way up th corporate ladder.
